IN THE PRESS

Based on his own deep interest in Indian cuisine, the book reflects a simple decision to deepdive into the origins of all the comfort food we love but take forgranted..how did butter chicken get that smoky flavour or naan acquire its character? Or would you rather know how the humble chai samosa came about? An amazing journey that a young boy devoted himself to in the pandemic resulted in this treasure.
